+ Please select from the monogram options per image above (LXM01, LXM02, LXM03, LXM04, LXM05, LXM06, LXM07, LXM08). Monogram style and initials should be entered in the ‘add note’ box on the order confirmation page and specify the small (SM) or large (LG) monogram at the end of the selected monogram option (i.e. LXM01LG).
+ Please limit your selection to three letters, no numbers or special characters and enter the initials in the following order: 2 Initial Monogram - left (first name initial), right (last name initial), 3 Initial Monogram - left (first name initial), center/main (last name initial), right (middle name initial).
