From day one it's been our privilege and responsibility to design and create products that elevate the integrity of our planet. Not since it became fashionable. Our obsession with forward thinking and action is the basis for the eco-friendly initiatives we continually infuse in our design, workplace, methods of manufacturing and materials.

Our agenda of environmental appropriateness spans the following:

frames. The wood used in our eco-friendly upholstery frames are sourced from domestic suppliers dedicated to responsible forest management. The glue used in frame construction is water-based and biodegradable. Our metal springs and mechanisms are made from 65 percent recycled metal.

seat cushions. Wrapped in 80 percent regenerated fibers, our ozone-friendly, non-carcinogenic foam cushions are composed of up to 10 percent soy: an all-natural, renewable resource.

back pillows. Our back pillows are partially composed of recycled fibers that were once plastic bottles.

back/arm padding. Our earth-friendly foam padding is also produced with a soy-based biomaterial; an abundant product provided by nature.

fabrics. We offer eco-friendly fabrics derived from natural fibers such as cotton, linen, mohair, and hemp.

casegoods. The majority of our chests, dressers and tables are constructed from eco-friendly parawood solids. Parawood trees aren't harvested until they stop producing sap, therefore utilizing our natural resources without harming the environment. Forests are replanted and are sustainable.
