Candidates must have proven experience in providing art direction for multi-launch catalog programs. Candidates must have experience in conceptual renderings, graphic design as well as software knowledge specific to catalog production and art direction. Ideal candidate must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work under significant pressure to meet tight deadlines. Southeast T.A.P. (Training and Product Specialist) Our TAPs are responsible for providing our retail partners with continuous product education at the store level, consisting of group training sessions and one-on-one meetings. As this position provides the retail associates with an accessible resource for answering product and sales questions, strong communication skills are a must. TAPs are also responsible for scheduling their own meetings and travel, therefore strong organizational skills are highly desired. Retail and/or sales training experience is preferred, but not a must. Position will be based in Atlanta, GA and/or Dallas, TX.
