The Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams logo is woven in. The borders of the mattress are multi-needle quilted to 3/8" urethane quilting foam.
Mattress: The mattress is a BIG 5 1/2" thick. It has a 3 3/4" innerspring mattress topped with triple layers of fiber for an effect that gives you comfort comparable to a formal bed.

Spring unit: The spring unit is constructed with heat tempered high carbon steel and is made of 13 1/2" gauge wire. The spring is 4 1/4" thick. This type spring provides excellent support and flexing capability.
Insulation: A 1.8 oz per square foot synthetic bonded fiber insulator pad is wrapped around the edges of the spring and stapled to the top and bottom with clinch staples. This material is specially manufactured to be uniform and to have a high tensile strength, it is also hypoallergenic and mildew resistant.
Construction: All material edges are surged for additional strength and to prevent seam slippage. 1 1/4" color coordinated binding welt is used to enclose the mattress on both sides. This wider than average tape guarantees that a sufficient amount of border is sewn to the top and bottom of the mattress. Each mattress is automatically lace tufted to insure that it will fold properly in the unit and to prevent the covering materials from twisting or shifting.
Bottom: The bottom of the mattress is made from a color coordinated abrasion resistant stitch-bonded fabric.
Packaging: Each individual mattress is wrapped in 2-mil thick plastic and heat-sealed to protect them from getting dirty during shipping and handling.
Warranty: This mattress and mechanism comes with a limited 5-year residential and commercial warranty. We warrant, to the original purchaser, this mattress (except cover materials), to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If any defect appears (under normal use and service) during the first two years (two years from date of purchase) we will, at our option, repair or replace the mattress at no charge to the original purchaser. Should any defect occur during the remaining term of our limited warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the mattress at a cost of only 1/3 the original retail price, at the time of adjustment, for each year of use after the first two years from date of purchase. The original purchaser must complete the attached warranty card, and will be responsible for all handling and transportation costs to and from the factory. This warranty covers normal residential usage of the mattress. Commercial or institutional use, abuse or negligence will render this warranty void. You have specific legal rights under this warranty and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
