Making Your Protection Purchase

Coverage begins as soon as your first piece of furniture is delivered.

The Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams warranties will continue to cover frames, cushions and springs.

Furniture protection programs provide additional coverage on your items. Furniture protection plans run concurrently with Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams warranty, meaning they both begin at the date of delivery.

You cannot select which items are covered for Furniture, Outdoor Furniture, and Mattress Bases. Your Furniture Protection Plan will automatically cover all items that are eligible per category in your order if you have added protection to your order.

For Rugs, you must select which rugs you wish to cover with a protection plan. Each rug covered requires an individual protection plan.

Registration is automatic. You will receive a confirmation of your furniture protection program when your items are shipped.

Claims are made directly with the protection plan administrator. Please reference the information in your registration email for how to initiate your claim. You can also reference the latest terms and conditions for information on how to initiate your claim.

You should make your claim as soon as the incident affecting your item is discovered.

Please note that the protection plans do not cover accumulation or build-up of incidents. You should make a claim for each incident in order to have the claim covered.
