Our premium in-home delivery shipping service is included for all furniture, large décor and select rugs.

After your order is placed, our Customer Service team will contact you with information on your order and help you schedule your delivery.

Our delivery agents will arrive to your home at your appointment, unpack to the room of your choice, complete light assembly (if needed), and dispose of packaging for you.

Flexible returns and cancellations

Canceling within 48 hours *

Cancellations made within 48 hours from order placement will be credited in the original form of payment. You may cancel an order of a stocked item prior to shipment; after the merchandise ships, however, the order cannot be cancelled.

Canceling after 48 hours & BEFORE delivery *

If you need to cancel your order after 48 hours of ordering, but before it has shipped you will receive a full refund.

Returns after delivery *

All returns must be received in original condition and sent back within 21 days from delivery, minus a restocking fee and shipping cost*

[*] "Final Sale" and items ordered from our "Online Clearance" store are final sales and cannot be returned.
[*] Custom furniture with any fabrics from the Kravet collection cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or placed on hold once the order is placed.
[*] Products purchased on mgbwhome.com cannot be returned to a store.
[*] Restocking fee is 25%.

The MG+BW warranty

Every MG+BW-manufactured product is covered under our limited warranties. This includes all of our upholstered furniture such as sofas, chairs, sectionals, benches, ottomans, daybeds, sleepers and chaises.

Each Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams employee stands behind their product, which is handcrafted in the USA with careful attention to detail meant to be heirloom pieces to last lifetimes. We sincerely believe each piece of furniture will provide you with years of pleasure and comfort.

To reinforce this belief, Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams warrants to you, the original purchaser of a piece in the original fabric or leather a Limited Warranty Coverage.

This coverage applies to all of the foundational elements of your furniture including wood frames, springs, joints, bases, and hardware, which are integral to the life of your product.

If a repair is needed or a defect was identified, we will discuss the best option to remedy the situation or provide an alternative solution should the item be unable to be repaired.
