OUR SUPER LUXE SLEEPER

We've taken the best elements from our Luxe Sleeper (see below) and elevated them to create a new sleeper that's a breed of its own. Available in several styles in queen and full sizes; our exclusive Super Luxe Sleeper transforms from sit mode to sleep mode effortlessly.

Super Luxe Sleeper Seat Cushions
The seat cushion is a combination of a high–density HR foam core and a fiber wrap that is 100% recycled post–consumer polyester, allowing for a super comfortable sit. We also offer several additional options with down–blend cushions for added comfort.

Super Luxe Sleeper Mattress

• 8 inch thick pillow–top mattress
• Convenient handle allows for quick and easy sleeper access
• 74 inch mattress length
• 13–gauge steel patented z–coils expand when mattress is engaged/opened
• Patented z–coils create a sinuous spring effect when mattress is stored providing more flex in the mattress allowing it to act as the sofa base
• Due to the incredible thickness of the mattress, standard fitted sheets fit more snugly, with less likelihood slipping off during sleep/use
• Thickness and construction designed to give comfort comparable to a bed
• Mattress has zip–off pillow top that can be replaced, if needed. For maintenance, fluff after long periods of compression inside mechanism. Do Not Wash.

Super Luxe Sleeper Construction Details

• 31 12–gauge chrome–plated springs secure polypropylene decking to metal tubular frame
• 1200 denier polypropylene/polyester decking is a step above other sleeper decking, both in strength and appearance
• Passed Hexagonal Roller Test and Cornell Evaluation for 10–year bed mattress standards, only sleeper mattress certified as such. Certified CFR 1633 federal flammability regulation compliant
• Metal frame has anti–tipping feature to prevent rocking and tipping
• Patented reinforced feet can support the weight of 3 adults sitting on foot of bed when open
• Mattress is mounted to the sleeper mechanism, but can be removed and replaced if damaged or defective. We recommend this be done by a trained furniture tech.
• The mattress is secured to one of the mechanism cross bars, which allows the z–coil springs to activate when the mattress is opened
• With the mattress attached to the frame, there is no need to rotate or flip the mattress and no slipping or sliding of the mattress when in use

From its dark charcoal contract–grade, no–tilt frame to the fall–away bar (so your back never feels it), to its pop–up headrest, to a luxurious mattress 5.5 inches thick; this is comfort without compromise.

Luxe Sleeper Mattress
Our Luxe Sleeper mattress is a comforting 5.5 inches thick and has a 3.75 inch innerspring mattress topped with triple layers of fiber for an effect that gives comfort your guests will thank you for.

Classic cream/white damask ticking stripe in a quilted and tufted cotton/poly blend. 1/4 inch thick urethane quilting foam is multi–needle quilted to 1 oz. of the thermo–bonded fiber and the damask ticking. The Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams logo is woven in.

The borders of the mattress are multi–needle quilted to 3/8 inch urethane quilting foam. The mattress is also hypoallergenic and mildew resistant.

Luxe Sleeper Construction
All material edges are surged for additional strength and to prevent seam slippage. 1 1/4 inch color coordinated binding welt is used to enclose the mattress on both sides. This wider than average tape guarantees that a sufficient amount of border is sewn to the top and bottom of the mattress.

Each mattress is automatically lace tufted to insure that it will fold properly in the unit and to prevent the covering materials from twisting or shifting. The bottom of the mattress is made from a color coordinated abrasion resistant stitch–bonded fabric. Each Luxe Sleeper mattress is wrapped in 2 mm. thick plastic and heat–sealed to protect it from getting dirty during shipping and handling.
