Is my local Signature Store open?

We've reopened open our Signature Stores in keeping with federal, state, and local guidelines. Because guidelines vary according to location, some stores are operating under modified hours, or are open for curbside pickup only. Visit our Store Locations page for up-to-date and detailed information.

What safety precautions are you taking in stores?

Each of our stores have been deep-cleaned, sanitized and disinfected prior to reopening. The following measures will be taken daily:

Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of every multi-touch surface
Requiring customers and employees to wear masks
Limiting the number of people allowed in store at one time
Asking customers and employees to be mindful of social distancing
Spacing all workstations at least six feet apart
Providing hand sanitizer at the entrance of each store
Sanitizing credit card terminals between each use

Are you still delivering?

Yes. We are currently providing full-service, white glove delivery in all Signature Store markets. Contact your store, or customer care at 1.855.730.9999 for delivery details. Most in-stock items will ship from our factory within 10 days of ordering.

What safety precautions are your delivery teams taking?

We utilize third party delivery services, which are doing the following:

Daily temperature checks of all staff
Daily sanitation of delivery vehicles
Requiring delivery teams to wear masks
Using new gloves and booties to handle each delivery

What if my Signature Store is temporarily closed, or I prefer to shop from home?
